I can't say enough about Rick and Eagle Door Service. I submitted a quote/service request through his website on a Sunday night. He contacted me "ON SUNDAY" and provided availability for the next day. He was a great communicator and called ahead of the visit. His work is excellent; he charged a fair price, and the garage door is working again. I will be keeping his number. I HIGHLY recommend Eagle Door Service!
I couldn't be happier with the service Rick provides. He installed my garage doors for the homes previous owner and has come out to adjust things and upgrade the hinges and trim. Always great communication, on time, and faster than expected. Eagle Door Service is the best.
Richard was fantastic to work with. He took the time to explain how the garage door installation would support future improvements to my outbuilding, which I really appreciated. I had a couple of other businesses come out for quotes, and Richard was by far the most reasonable. He was punctual, professional, and quick to communicate throughout the process. Rick came out today to repair my garage door. I thought I was going to have to buy a new door operator because the learn button was not working. Rick took the unit apart and figured out how to get it working properly and thoroughly checked out the unit. He found some missing and loose nuts that would have become problematic if not addressed soon. He also replaced the seal on the door and adjusted the close limits to perfection. Definitely recommend this company.

Rick was very knowledgeable and professional. I called for a quote to remove my broken garage door and replace it with a new one. He was very prompt in coming to look the job over and was also very prompt in scheduling the job. He was very well priced as well. I would def recommend using him.
Only 5 stars because I can’t add more! Went above and beyond. Extremely fast to respond and truly cares about the customer. A previous company installed my door and motor and refused to come out and fix it. They decided it wasn’t covered under warranty, from their couch… Eagle went out of the way to make sure I was taken care of. I got a better motor than expected with no extra charge! Can’t begin to put in to words how amazing Eagle is. Highly recommend to anyone needing repair or a new one.
I couldn't get anyone to show up to fix my door hinge on my garage door and I called Eagle Door, He called me right back and came out the next day exactly when he said he would. I would definitely recommend this business.

Rick serviced the jack shaft opener in our pole barn that I'd been having trouble with for 2 years. It was changing the opening and closing limits on its own, requiring that I constantly get up on a ladder and adjust the settings. He diagnosed an original installation issue in a few minutes and got it fixed on a second visit after ordering parts. Rick was timely, professional and courteous. Money well spent.
I highly recommend Eagle Door Service. Rick installed an electric garage door opener in mid-2020. The opener recently began to malfunction. Rick came out and determined a part failed. He removed, repaired and replace the opener at no cost to me. Now that is excellent customer service!

This guy is amazing helped me out when I got myself in a pickle thinking I could install my own door, I called multiple people no could come out and it was a emergency, Rick moved his schedule around and was able to fit me in very personal, he will be my new door guy from now on, i promise you that you will not be disappointed in his quality of work
Rick with Eagle Door Service was absolutely fantastic! I have dealt with poor service and rude service providers in the past and know all too well that a good experience can be hard to come by. I had a cheap steel door with an old chain drive opener. He came out and assessed my needs, patient to answer all of my questions. We settled on a fully insulated door with a steel back, a high lifter rail conversion, and a wall mount opener. And he gave me a MUCH better price than what larger businesses were quoting. I requested he try not to hurt my walls because I can no longer buy matching paint. And you know what? He didn't make so much as a scuff anywhere on those walls! During the install, I hung out with him and helped him out when he would let me. We enjoyed great conversation for a whole day, and my wife keeps making fun of me because I keep saying, "I kind of miss Rick." haha Rick was professional and did an excellent job. My door is whisper quiet, sealed up tightly, and works flawlessly. Go with Eagle Door Service! You won't regret it!
Quick, courteous, thorough and clean. He was very informative about all options to help us make a better decision regarding which new door to purchase.
